Should a defect covered by the warranty appear in your Product, email our Consumer Service Department at ConsumerService@navelite.com for return authorization and instructions. NavELite will provide you with a return authorization number. Send a copy of your proof of purchase, the return authorization number, a short description of the problem, and the Product to NavELite at the following address:

NavELite suggests insuring the product in case of damage or loss in shipment.  If the Product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, we shall, at our discretion, either repair or replace it without charge, and will pay the cost of return shipment to you.
